Enermast Approach:
- Power or Energy Audit: This is the first and probably the most important activity in this process is to do a comprehensive energy audit. This is necessary to gain an understanding of current energy utilization and possibly identify areas of wastage and opportunities to conserve energy.
2. Using the information from energy audit Enermast assess the potential energy savings and initial cost of various energy savings strategies.
3. Design and install specific solutions for enhancing efficiency for Lighting/Airconditioning etc including;
• Replacing incandescent bulbs with Flourescent and LED lights. Fluorescent light has a life span of 10,000 hours, incandescent bulb 1,000 hours and LEDs (light emitting diode) have lifecycle of 30,000 hours.
• Optimize use of daylight
• Use of smart and more efficient equipment…printers, computers, smart TVs, microwaves, Aircons
• Employ use of occupancy sensors and motion sensors in bathrooms and corridors.
4. Monitoring of different initiatives deployed for energy optimization. Including monthly
performance reports on savings, trends etc.
5. Enermast also works with customers to train and develop an energy-saving culture which ensures sustainable
benefits of energy efficiency for customers even long after Enermast solutions are deployed
